Dear Mebioten,
In the birth of a new ‘Genootschap’, one thing is always crucial: inspiration. For our ‘Genootschap’, that inspiration goes back many centuries, being the glory days of Leonardo da Vinci. Da Vinci is the textbook example of the universal man and the icon of the Italian Renaissance. This period has been a true inspiration for our society KFC, as we too have experienced a phenomenal rebirth. Where we began as a working group “First Years Weekend” in the year 2020-2021, we discovered our shared passion for karaoke and ‘vodvla¹’ during this joint quest. It did not take long for us to realize that we had found our calling to spread the joy of karaoke among Mebioten. We are therefore proud to introduce ourselves as the Karaoke Party Committee, better known as KFC. Will you help us share our love of karaoke?
