Code of conduct

In 2024, the M.B.V. Mebiose established a code of conduct. This code of conduct contains rules that we follow in practice as an association, in order to jointly create a safe, open atmosphere. This aims to ensure that every member can feel at home within the association and have an enjoyable student time. This code of conduct applies to all members or attendees at M.B.V. Mebiose activities, at the Mebiose Room, the premises on Hamburger Street or external locations.  

In case a sanction imposed is deemed unjustified, it is possible to appeal this sanction to the Council of Advice and Supervision (RAT). The RAT consists of up to six former board members preferably from the previous two boards. The RAT can additionally impose sanctions on the board should a board member violate the code of conduct.
