Hups' mission is to provide support to as many family caregivers as possible so that they have the space to be able to take time for themselves. The position

You provide support in people’s homes. Your clients vary from overburdened parents with a child with autism, to children, adolescents or adults with physical or mental disabilities, (light) mental health problems or elderly people with dementia. Think of walking/coffee drinking with an elderly person, babysitting a child with autism or ADHD or supporting a (frail) mother after her delivery with the household and caring for her newborn baby. Every request for help is different. In addition to short visits, you can also sign up for 24-hour and night shifts. This is a quick and nice extra income. You choose how much you work and which families, couples or individuals you will provide support to.

Do you…

– Do a care and health-related degree program or have taken one, such as social work, educational sciences, health sciences, biomedical sciences or nursing?

– Are you 18 years of age or older?

– Are you available for a minimum of 3 hours per week?

– Do you have a real caring heart?
